Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store plaintext passwords.

Data Source Credentials

When you connect data sources (such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and others), we store encrypted versions of your access tokens, API keys, and OAuth credentials. All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

Synced Business Data

We sync and store data from your connected sources, which may include:

• Orders, products, customers, and inventory data from Shopify
• Campaign and subscriber data from Klaviyo
• Traffic and analytics data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
• Support ticket data from Gorgias
• Attribution data from Triple Whale
• Subscription data from Recharge
• Review data from Yotpo, Judge.me, and Reviews.io
• Other data from connected integrations

This data is synced on a read-only basis. We never modify, create, or delete data in your connected accounts.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you access and use the service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the service
• Sync data from your connected sources
• Serve your data to AI tools you authorise via API key
• Send important service updates and security notifications
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Improve the service

When you use your API key with an AI tool (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity), the AI tool sends queries to our API. We return relevant data from your synced sources in response to those queries. The data is transmitted directly between our servers and the AI tool’s servers.

We do not control how AI providers process the data once it reaches their systems. Please review the privacy policies of the AI tools you use.

• All credentials (access tokens, API keys, client secrets) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage
• We request only read-only access to all connected data sources
• API keys can be revoked at any time from your dashboard

We retain your synced data for as long as your account is active and the data source is connected. When you disconnect a data source, we delete the associated synced data. When you delete your account, we delete all your data, including synced data, credentials, and account information.

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Shopify for store data access via their API. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Each connected data source has its own privacy policy governing the data we access. We encourage you to review those policies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Disconnect any data source at any time
• Revoke your API key at any time
• Export your data
